Description
Timbabuild® ERC10, manufactured by Chemfix, is a two-part, solvent-free epoxy wood filler in a 1:1 mix ratio. It’s specially designed for small repairs to timber subject to stress and impact, for repairs up to 10mm depth, and it also directly treats the timber to prevent further decay.
Cured and ready to paint within just 1 hour (at 20–45ºC), ERC10 is the go-to choice when a repair needs to be finished the same day — a favourite with sash window specialists, where the client can’t wait days for the job to be done.

How it works
ERC10 is supplied in a specially designed side-by-side cartridge that fits a custom-made extrusion tool (sold separately in our shop), accurately dispensing both components together. Once cured, it can be machined, drilled, and accepts nails and screws, and is coatable with most decorative wood finishes. Minimum 24-month shelf life.
