Description
Timbabuild® EHB60, manufactured by Chemfix, is a two-part, thixotropic epoxy wood filler in a 1:1 mix ratio, solvent free. It’s specially designed for large and extensive repairs to areas of damaged and rot-affected timber, for repairs up to 60mm depth, and it also directly treats the timber to prevent any further decay.
Suitable for both horizontal and vertical applications, its special “non-slump” formula lets it seamlessly replace large sections of wood — in windows, doors, beams, gutters, soffits and fascias.

How it works
EHB60 is supplied in a specially designed side-by-side cartridge that fits a custom-made extrusion tool, accurately dispensing both components together. Once cured, it can be machined, drilled, and accepts nails and screws, and is coatable with most decorative wood finishes. Minimum 24-month shelf life.
For smaller repairs (up to 10mm depth) that need to be paint-ready the same day, see ERC10.
